Marinated Salmon with Sesame

					For the marinade:
200ml Soy sauce
5g Ginger
50ml Bertolli EVOO
For the salmon:
600g Salmon fillet
200g Sesame seeds
				 
								
									
					
					
					
						Step 1
						Grate the ginger into the soy sauce and add in the EVOO.
					 
					
					
						Step 2
						Place the salmon into the marinade and leave for 10 minutes.
					 
					
					
						Step 3
						Remove the fish from the marinade, coat it with the sesame seeds, covering it on all sides and pan-sear the fish on all sides.
					 
					
					
						Step 4
						Cut into round slices and serve.
