Bertolli’s Vegetable brochette

10' Easy 12345

1 Red onion
1 Red pepper
1 Green pepper
1 Yellow pepper
1 Courgette
Bunch Parsley
3 Portobellos
20 ml. Bertolli Olive Spray

PREPARATION

STEP 1

Cut the vegetables into bite sized portions. And the Portobello mushrooms too.

STEP 2

Pierce onto skewers.

STEP 3

Spray the grill with Bertolli Olive Oil and grill the brochettes.

STEP 4

Season with salt and pepper and top with parsley.
