Bertolli’s Spaghetti frutti di mare

500g Shrimps
500g Mussels
2 Cloves of garlic
350g Spaghetti
A handful Parsley
50ml Bertolli Mild & Delicate Olive Oil Spray
To taste Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray

PREPARATION

STEP 1

Spray the pan with Bertolli Mild & Delicate Olive Oil Spray.

STEP 2

Add the mussels with white wine and steam them until they are open.

STEP 3

Slice the garlic finely and sauté in oil (Bertolli Mild & Delicate).

STEP 4

Take the open mussels out of the shell.

STEP 5

Add the shrimps to the frying pan. When the shrimps are almost ready, add the mussels.

STEP 6

Boil the spaghetti until they are al dente and mix with the shrimps and mussels

STEP 7

Season with salt and pepper and top with parsley and finish with Bertolli Extra Virgin Spray.
